As the Founder & Lead Nurse Consultant of Signature Nurse Solutions LLC, I partner with assisted living providers to complete clinical assessments, support admissions and transitions, and provide ongoing nursing oversight as needed. I also work directly with patients and families—both in the home and in community settings—to support safe medication management, care coordination, and informed decision-making.
